06 Jul Acquisition of GL’s Shares by Fukuyama Transporting, Japan

GRAND EMPORIUM LOGISTICS CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as GL) is engaged in International Freight Forwarding, Customs Broker and Domestic Transportation, Warehouse, and Nationwide Distribution throughout Thailand.

To develop all of those business sections further, we have recently partnered with Fukuyama Transporting, Japan, from 5th July 2023 onwards.

With Fukuyama Transporting, Japan owning a 47.75% share of GL, we will gain more competitive advantages with our customers and domestic & global business.
